I, also like many others are looking forward and very interested in this course and the assignments involved for some reason. I can foresee myself struggling and pushing myself to get through to the end of each assignment after the class on Wednesday.
To begin things off i have started watching a few of the clips/footages from the "20+ hours of Unreal Engine 3 Toolkit Video Tutorials" and have been searching the net for some unbuilt architectural projects as requested for next week. A few interesting sites i came across and may be mentioned already are:
- 2007 AA Prize for Unbuilt Work Submissions - Theres alot of interesting designs in here but further information may be hard to find.
- Unbuilt Mies - The Theater Project - A video from Youtube shows a walk through in one of Mr. Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe theatre projects. Theres actually alot of animations of unbuilt architecture on Youtube, so check them out if you're interested.

The AA website that you found was also the main website that i found to do with unbuilt architecture.
However the website shows pdf of presentation poster but nothing else. So to find highly detailed plans and drawings, we may need to go through other avenues.
Mies' Theatre looks to have a few nice things to offer the project for the team. It has some primary forms which should come together quickly and will need some fitting out to take it far beyond what this cludgy animation achieved.
The fact that it is a theatre would allow some playing with sound and lighting through the curtain glass wall should prove interesting.
That said, it isnt the worlds most striking piece of Architecture (does it inspire you). Keep it up your sleeve and look some more.
